Sunday, March 1
The day’s first arrest came at 9:30 a.m. at 1611 West Olive Ave., where officers took Gilbert Luque, a Pacoima resident, into custody on a charge of methamphetamine possession. At the same location and the same time, Graciela Sandoval faced an identical charge.
At 11:15 p.m., officers arrested Elle Jasmin Rodriguez, identified as a caregiver, at 2511 North San Fernando Blvd. Rodriguez faces a long list of charges: possession of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine possession, possession of a controlled substance, possession of brass knuckles, and outstanding warrants. The San Fernando Boulevard location sits in a commercial stretch that Burbank officers patrol regularly.
Jerry Paul Vasquez was arrested at San Fernando Blvd. and Brighton St. at 11:48 a.m. on charges of drug paraphernalia possession and methamphetamine possession.
Marco Lorenzo Raul Arevalo, a Los Angeles resident, was arrested at 1301 North Victory Place at 3:00 p.m. on an identity theft charge.
Narek Badoyan, a North Hollywood resident, was taken into custody at 3301 North Glenoaks Blvd. at 11:05 a.m. on charges of battery and false impersonation.
Stephen Chakhoyan, a Glendale resident, was arrested at Clark Ave. and Screenland Drive at 4:03 a.m. Officers charged Chakhoyan with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hard drugs, and possession of tear gas.
Juan Luis Martinez, a Los Angeles resident who works as a food preparer, was arrested at Hollywood Way and Alameda Ave. at 12:05 p.m. on an outstanding warrant.
Aaron Spurbeck was handcuffed at Victory Blvd. and Hollywood Way at 11:46 p.m. on a charge of resisting arrest.
Saturday, February 28
Jasmin Lizeth Curiel Torales, a Reseda resident, was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on charges of contempt of court and domestic battery.
Arturo Duran, a North Hollywood resident, was picked up at 501 North First St. at 1:09 a.m. on a charge of resisting arrest.
The broader picture
Of the 12 arrests logged during this period, at least six involved drug-related charges, with methamphetamine appearing repeatedly across separate incidents and locations. Several of those arrested listed addresses outside Burbank, including Los Angeles, North Hollywood, Glendale, Reseda, and Pacoima.
